Most planners coordinate vendors. We direct the entire production — the same producer, the same standard, from the first phone call to the final teardown.
OUR PROCESS
Five stages, one producer, start to finish.
Stage 01
Discovery Call
We learn your date, guest count, budget and the story you want your event to tell — wedding, corporate, or creative production.
Stage 02
Concept & Quote
You receive a design concept, a detailed line-item quote and a proposed timeline before you commit to anything.
Stage 03
Production Planning
Venue, decor, vendors, artists and AV are booked and briefed by your lead producer — not handed to a subcontractor.
Stage 04
Rehearsal & Build
We build and cue-check the day before, so nothing on the actual date is being tested for the first time live.
Stage 05
Event Day & Teardown
Your producer runs the room in real time, then manages full teardown so your team leaves with nothing left to clean up.

CLIENT NOTES
Said by the people who booked us.
We interviewed four planners. Eventztree was the only one who talked about lighting cues before they talked about flowers.
Kavya
Wedding Client
As a business owner, I needed someone who would not need daily hand-holding. One producer owned the entire launch.

Corporate Client
The rehearsal the night before saved our haldi morning — every cue landed exactly on time.
